• Payment Information: Payment method details, transaction history, and billing address.
• Service Details: Information about your bookings, service preferences, and interactions with the Service.

1.3. Device and Usage Information:

• Location Data: GPS location to provide real-time service matching and optimize routes for Drivers.
• Device Information: Mobile device ID, operating system, App version, IP address, and other technical details.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including navigation within the App, service usage patterns, and preferences.

1.4. Communications Data:

• Support and Feedback: Any communication via email, App support, or feedback that you provide to us.

2.1. To Provide and Improve the Service:

• Facilitate the booking of Drivers and ensure seamless transportation services.
• Process payments for the Service and send transaction-related communications.
• Track and optimize routes using GPS data to enhance service efficiency.

• Send notifications regarding your bookings, account status, and service updates.
• Respond to your inquiries, complaints, or feedback submitted via our support channels.
• Provide promotional offers or updates about new features of the App (with your consent, where required).

2.3. To Enhance Security and Fraud Prevention:

• Verify user and driver identity to prevent unauthorized access.
• Monitor and detect fraudulent or suspicious activities that could affect the security of the App and the Service.

3.4. Business Transfers:
